Optimizing our industrial footprint!

As part of the strategic development of the AURORA Group, we are optimizing our industrial footprint. With all the legal and organizational requirements in place in the Netherlands and Germany, we are relocating production from AURORA Netherlands to our AURORA Germany site.

The goal of this initiative is to make our production processes even more efficient and competitive, while leveraging synergies within the group in a targeted way.

Sales and development will remain based in the Netherlands – ensuring stable customer support and a strong connection to the market.
We will continue to utilize the local expertise to further develop existing and new products – especially in key future areas like e-mobility and climate-neutral refrigerants. This approach not only safeguards the site’s innovative strength but also enables us to actively shape the technological future of our industry.

With this decision, we are laying the foundation for sustainable growth, stronger delivery capabilities, and future-ready structures within the AURORA Group.

The relocation affects an annual production volume of around 10,500 production hours. This volume will be gradually transferred to the German site - full implementation is planned by the fourth quarter of 2025. This ensures a smooth transition and uninterrupted fulfillment of all existing delivery commitments..
