Shaping the future – with natural refrigerant R290 (Propane)!

At this year’s INDUS Entrepreneurs’ Conference, our Managing Director Ralph Bast presented a project that demonstrates how targeted support and collaborative innovation can go hand in hand. His presentation impressed with innovative approaches, compelling content – and was very well received by the audience.

Together with Lead Innovation, we developed a strategic search field for the use of R290 (propane) as a natural refrigerant in HVAC systems.

Background:
The new European legislation on PFAS and F-gases calls for climate-friendly solutions -  R290 offers great potential here.

Our goal:
To find well-founded answers to key customer questions at an early stage – and actively help shape the transition.

Through structured interviews and professional innovation management, we were able to:

✔️ Derive concrete measures for strategy, training, and marketing
