This was already the fourth visit this year, a clear sign of the board's great interest in our teams and the development of AURORA. The visit was marked by valuable insights, constructive discussions, and tangible recognition.

During the now traditional factory tour, the focus was not only on key figures and our products. Particularly impressive was the board's great interest in our departments and the people behind the processes. He recognized the dynamism of our teams, the high level of employee commitment, and the positive atmosphere within the company. With targeted questions about processes, successes, and challenges, he made one thing clear: our Team AURORA makes the difference!

What made this visit particularly valuable was that the exchange took place not only with our management but also directly with our team leaders – at eye level, with respect, and with a sense of genuine connection. This kind of collaboration grows beyond mere business interaction and strengthens trust, transparency, and understanding – exactly what defines our strong Team AURORA.

The visit reached its highlight during our company meeting: In his address, Dr. Großmann extended a heartfelt thank you to the entire team, acknowledged the joint efforts of the past years, and emphasized how much he appreciates AURORA’s development.
