A special farewell!

As part of our works meeting in April, we had the honor of bidding farewell to our long-time colleague Elmar Stahl, who is now entering his well-deserved retirement.

Elmar began his career at AURORA as a quality assurance clerk. Just two years later, he took over the leadership of the Quality Assurance department – a role he fulfilled with great responsibility, expertise, and tireless commitment to the highest standards. Over the course of more than three decades, he played a key role in shaping and driving AURORA’s culture of quality.

We sincerely thank him for the excellent collaboration, his team spirit, and the many successes we achieved together!

A special highlight of the farewell was the premiere performance of our AURORA band, which surprised Elmar with a musical tribute – creating beaming smiles and an unforgettable moment. A big thank-you to the band for this heartfelt gesture!

We wish Elmar all the best for this new chapter of his life – above all, good health, happiness, and many joyful moments.

He will always remain a valued part of the AURORA-Team!
