We are "Top employer in the SME sector 2024"

Yourfirm, one of the largest online job exchanges for SMEs in German-speaking countries, has been recognizing companies that are particularly popular with job seekers since 2015. The aim is to support them in their search for attractive employers. The special thing about the award is that instead of applicant surveys, which often have low participation rates and therefore only provide a limited database, the access and reading behavior of users to more than 60,000 job advertisements within a year is evaluated.

We are delighted to receive this award. It shows us that we are attracting the attention of potential applicants.
