The AURORA Group offers various vehicle and component test opportunities. AURORA Germany and HEAVAC in the Netherlands each have their own climate halls in which vehicles, up to 15 meters in length and 3.3 meters in width, can be tested at temperatures from -50°C (-58°F) up to +50°C (122°F). We test our components ruthlessly with tests of everything from shaking, noise, lifetime, through to efficiency. For our customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico the test facilities of our American branch office are open for use.

 

The test facilities of the AURORA Group are best suited to validate the functionality of heating-cooling systems prior to the series productions. Our highly qualified team and test facilities are available to support you for tests of either entire systems, or even individual components. AURORA Konrad G. Schulz GmbH & Co. KG in Mudau offers the most extensive and comprehensive testing facilities of the AURORA Group. The test chamber in Germany is large enough to accommodate city buses or vehicles of every market and size.

 

Alongside performance testing capabilities, our lab includes facilities for the testing of acoustics, electromagnetic compatibility, corrosion, resistance, and lifetime.
